Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate AI Engineer with around 2 years of hands-on experience in building, training, and deploying AI/ML models. The candidate will work closely with product, backend, and frontend teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models
- Work with structured and unstructured data (text, images, audio)
- Build and optimize ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and inference
- Implement models using Python and popular ML/DL frameworks
- Fine-tune and evaluate models for accuracy, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate AI models via APIs
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation
- Monitor model performance and improve existing models
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms
- Experience with Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers – basic to intermediate)
- Knowledge of NLP or Computer Vision (at least one)
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Familiarity with SQL / NoSQL databases
- Understanding of data preprocessing & feature engineering
- Experience with model evaluation metrics
Tools & Platforms
- NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn
- Jupyter Notebook / Google Colab
- Git / GitHub
- Basic experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure – preferred)
- Exposure to Docker is a plus
Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
- Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)
- Model deployment using FastAPI / Flask
- Experience with MLOps tools
- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
Education
- B.Tech / M.Tech / MSc in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field
- OR equivalent practical experience
